Will GW do what his dad did?

When the Iran Conta investigation was about to finnish up, at the end of Bush 1's term, he simply pardoned everyone involved in it, even though they had yet to be charged. Casper Wienberger walked off free as a bird.

The pardon also worked well for Richard Nixon, when his friend, Gerry Ford let him off the hook for Watergate.

If you want to bring up pardons, you forgot to mention Clinton who pardons his pal Rich, who owed the federal government 90 million dollars.

Hey but what the heck, Clinton got a few million dollars from Rich's wife for his new library. The money went somewhere at least, but not into the Federal treasury.
