Ok, so Clinton pardoned somebody involved in a criminal investigation that could lead against him, even though I don't agree on that, but it doesn't give "Dubyuh" the right to do the same thing.
Granted. The difference here is we are talking about something Clinton actuall did, versus conjecture on what Bush might do.

His ability to pardon somebody in the current investigation should be questioned.
Alas, that pesky old Constitution does not restrict the President's ability to pardon.
