Hey guys ,I think dieting is never seen a good option to reduce weight because it reduces weight soon but once you go on your normal diet you become more fattier than former .so do exercise and yoga ,drink plenty of water ,feel fresh and light .you not only ending up reducing weight but also your skin will look healthy.
