Default Fruit...( Help please)
For many of you, a complicated carb( dinner, bread, grain, an such like) could be your weakness but mine is good fresh fruit. I was just wondering how much of a huge difference it'd make if i cut right out carbohydrates but additionally held fruit... Thanks, -Bignac1
