Okay... I'm touring along easily at work in my own recently marketed place as Team Leader Graphic Design) and (Desktop Publishing. Have had this place for monthly and have been rather enjoying it. But... Here is what I've noticed:

People no further address you as one of these
Everything you say or do they intentionally suppose you're there simply to piss them off
Unlike before where everybody was civil, you now ask for help and when they do help you they behave like complete resources becuase obviously I'm no more ready where I must ask for help (the entire, "we'll you're a large chance now, figure it out yourself" attitude)
When some one wants help, you give an answer to them and it never is never fully appreciated by them (because let's experience it, it kills them to get to ask me for whatever reason)
You make recommendations and they suppose you're pointing out their defects instead of offering choices
Nobody really wants you

...thankfully perhaps not many people are such as this. All of the individuals who are still developing their abilities are appreciative of assistance. It's the ******s who believe they're gods present to constructive feedback that can't be hacked by designers. Even though I did close lots of them up when I returned and informed then that none of them were utilizing an effective indigenous quality on the LCD screens (once they held whinging that their symbolism was no WYSIWYG enough). It's no wonder people in jobs such as this become jerks... but I will not drop that street. It's probably a teething procedure and a matter of getting the team's respect. I just never assume this type of change in the folks I used to be friends with so well. Individuals are so fickle!!
