I believe it'd be considered a good idea to construct a bridge canal like the one throughout the Chesapeake Bay. I believe it'd be good to have a link canal crossing new york bay from new jersey to brooklyn, it'd reduce a good deal of-the traffic towards NY, quick access to JFK and Long Island.
