I do remember that case but not the details. I don't think we should refuse emergency medical treatment to anyway, regardless of their residency status. However, if we tightened the borders, we wouldn't have to worry about it!
I see a somewhat different approach. If Mexico decides follow the path of the Asian tigers, ie China, Korea, Japan, then the flow of illegals will stop. But the problem with Mexico has always been corruption, espeicially in the PRI, but is exists in all the parties. Putting a wall or sending troops will create more problems than it will solve.
