Great title for a thread - or a tabloid - but where's the connection? Bush may have been an obnoxious kid, and maybe not - who knows? How can we possible know any details about this?

Psycopathy? Well, I certainly disagree with his policies, but using the DSMIV to diagnose famous people is tricky business.

You got me with the title though. I fell for it...
