Actually Canada just elected a government who says it will de-centralize a lot of control to the provinces.

And besides, why would you want the federal government controlling what happens in your state? Do you think California should be handled the same way as Maine?

I must ask the same quesrtion. Which post are you questioning, and in this case, if it is mine. I don't know where you got that question.
