Thank You, you people were confusing the hell out of me.

Considering your comment, I do think that there has to be a happy medium in Federal and State (prov) control. Things like schools should be relatively uniform, while things unique to that particular area should be handled locally.

I agree, that is one of my concerns as well. In Canada, our education is controlled provincially. If I have an education in some trades in Ontario I would not be qualified to work in Alberta without going back to school because of different training systems.
