[3]A land ruled by reason, and free from superstition, at least in the official sense.
[4]A land where government is of the people, by the people, for the people.

Translation:
1. Progess away from the ideals of the Declaration of Independence; experiment with different forms of governance.
2. The Constitution is a dusty old paper written by slavers and should be changed.
3. Remove all traces of Christianity.
4. Cradle to grave dependency on government programs.
