Sugar is a natural thing too.

You CAN kill yourself by drinking too much water.

Ok.

Don't like sugar go with water.

I'm not suggesting limiting the worlds supply of something.

I'm saying that "freedom" in a society, like sugar in a diet, can be gotten too much of.

Limits must be applied.

If you decided to get a good buzz one night you wouldn't quickly gulp down two fifths of bacardi 151 would you ?

Maybe 2 SHOTS.

It's about limits.

Drink two fifths if you're suicidal.

Two shots if you want to just get a little "high".

Kind of the same with freedom.
Let me explain it more clearly. Your freedom-sugar analogy is strange. Is totalitarianism merely analogous to abstinence from sugar? Or is it analogous to trying to drain the entire world of all its water, and thus condemning mankind to perpetual thirst, in order to "protect" mankind from floods and rainstorms and drowning? I say your analogy is way too light on the evils of totalitarianism.
