Good gosh this is a bit over the top.

I'm pretty sure you will find such labour statistics routinely manipulated and understated by every single western government going back for the last 30+ years.

As reprehensible as the action is, Bush is hardly the "most dishonest, corrupt and incompetent administration in US history" on this basis.
