Actually, there are stupid questions. And, posting them may incur my wrath.

Especially ones that could have been answered with less than two minutes of not over-taxing thought or some quick googling. Just asking them revealed a deep lack of thought. Those are the stupid questions.

The saying "there are no stupid questions, only stupid people" is trite, but apt, and also wrong in one fundamental detail.

"There are stupid people, and they ask stupid questions" might be more appropriate.
