The funny thing about kanji is that there's usually a couple different way's to read it so if you end up using Chinese characters I'd say it's all good. I'm probably going to use the caracter for my last name when I get my nafuda but depending on how it looks I might just put my whole name. If someone says something about it, you can always show them who's boss in shiai .
