15 minutes of stair stepper everyday when I wake up 2 hours of kendo twice a week and 3.5 hours once a week 40 minutes fast walking three times a week at least i hour pilates when I have time (usually once a week) 3-4 hours a day of intensive arm and finger workout (homework, internet and "others") 4-5 weekly hours running around in circles while panicking about the need to do any of the above.
