Just so you know, when you send a digital video over the internet there is a deal called SHA-1 (secure hash algorithm) which genreates a digital signature which is like a fingerprint, no two are the same. Even if you erase the orignal the digital signature can still be found which can then be matched up with known porno videos. Not a problem unless they are know kiddy porn then you might have a problem because NSA (national security agency) has a bot like program that they have made available to various law enforcement agencies that searches the net looking for these digital signatures then they can find the IP address that sent them and the one that received them. Then they get the service provider to tell them who had that IP address that day. Get the picture?
