just when you thought it was safe to go back in the dojo...

the series of revolting foot injuries that've kept me out of circultion for the last year, whilst far from repaired, have now settled down to just a nice stress-fracture in my left foot.

i have spent the fallow strengthening my right arm, whilst allowing my left to wither away to nothing.

colin is hungry.

my toenails are sharp.

my kit hasn't been washed since lidstone.

the stars are right. my hour is at hand.
