I had a similar day.
See, I'm a waiter in Germany, and this dude and his boss where having dinner, and it looked like he was going to leave a 6 Euro tip! ..But then this dude just snatches up the money at the last moment. His Boss was shocked, but played it off by saying: Ja ist es, Sie kann das Geld, Sie halten ist der neue Kerl okay!! Which translates in English as: "This is your raise for the next 5 years!

Then, in my Kendo class, this guy (who looked familiar) kept bashing me on the men and smiling!!! he was soooo happy to beat me up!

Besides, it's October in Germany.
You have EVERYTHING to be happy about.
