So you meant to say that running wouldn't build me up for kendo, besides the leg? I know muscles don't slow you down (Terrell Owens has like 0% body fat), but when you build yourself up, doesn't it slow you down somewhat? Like, how bulky do you have to be for your muscles to slow you down? Just enough to look a bit big for your height, or enough so you can no longer scratch your own head?
