Guys,

Has anyone else in the UK received this? Kind of a strange email...

I'm actually acquainted with Rika via Tim Takemoto's ShintoML list on Yahoogroups. Nothing I've read from her there would suggest she's any sort of a kook. She's been interested for at least a few years in the idea of bringing Shinto to the UK.
