There's a woman I know who has a pair. She wears them for walking exercise. She says they're a little heavier than regular sneakers and feel like they're filled with sand or something that shifts around a bit. A little weird but she's still using them. Also, mucho expensive.
Personally, I'm not sure I understand the idea. I think they're supposed to mimic a more natural motion but how can it be natural? Natural would be close to barefoot, no? I can understand the concept of the new running shoes that keep you on your forefoot and not using your heels but I'm not sure I understand these new walking shoes . . .
