Most trainings I've not had anything to eat for 4-5hrs prior to keiko. (Most training is in the evening for us) If I'm really hungry, I might eat a cup of Shin Ramyun or muesli bar. I always drink water before practise. On Saturday morning, before keiko I eat a light breakfast of yoghurt, fruit and some cereal.

I do my best to eat and drink healthy during the week, weekends are usually a bit more relaxed.
