Yule log? You mean the logs made of cheese or chocolate? I didn't realize they were Canadian.

Let's see, this one was chocolate cake (more like thin brownie), spread with a layer of strawberry jam, then ice cream, rolled up, dipped in chocolate, then covered in whipped cream and finally caramel drizzle. Must be 1 GCal in the thing and it's only a kilogram or so. Made in Toronto. Our (Canadian) Marketing guy gets them for the holidays.
You want heart attacks, stick around until January 6 for Ukrainian Christmas, then you can pound down perogies fried in butter with huge dollops of sour cream. I can hear the arteries hardening already. Nope, death does not agree with me. I like their Christmas borscht, though.
