I invite you to come to one of our Iai practises, I BET you are going to sweat, and a lot.

Turning the thermostat on 30 degrees doesn't count. You Germans have ways to make us sweat but not from waving a sword in thin air. Having that constipated serious look all the time doesn't count as hard practice as well.
