There are plenty of fish in the sea. Look elsewhere. With so few kendo dojo in America, it would be a shame if your crush caused enough awkwardness to force either you or her out of kendo. Dojo as meat market is a concept unsavory to me. Don't fish off the company pier and all that.

That said, I'm married and the sight of a woman in my dojo is quite rare, so I don't have these problems.
