Yea, I was just trying to be polite. I didnt want to step on any peoples toes. I have visited the Thunder Eagle academy. I have done "keiko" with them. They don't do kendo, not like we do. But they call it kendo.
Example: their version of kirikaeshi consisted of a kihon men, and then 50 subsequent JOGE BURI to a motodachi who "blocks" the strikes. No footwork forwards or backwards, and no kiai past the opening men.
Is there anywhere else that does this at all?
