So, I've said before that I've noticed a lot of people in the Kendo community seem to like alchole or beer. I never did like it. But I've been with folks in post-keiko practice enough to try (sip) many different kinds of drinks. (I'm not supposed to drink for medical reasons, eh) but, I am actually starting to LIKE beer. Weird.

So, I've discovered non-alcholic beer. It's good enough I suppose (and certainly less calories?) Something like O'duels. (Has anyone tried the Amber O'Duels? Does it taste anything like dark ale? hmmm. Or is there a non-alcholic stella beer equvilant?)

Anyway, so, I wonder, what is it that makes beer, especially post-keiko beer, so good? lol
