Thank you for your honest solicitation for feedback.

Only a limited subset of members of this forum would have access to G4TV - many do not live in North America.

I've not heard anything about this program or the King's cup. In order to answer your questions I followed the links provided. Based on a brief look at the site, I'm not particularly interested. But then I've no interest in Muay Thai competition to start with. Other kendoka may feel differently.

If you are in a position to pitch programs to your channel's producers, I would be interested in a review of the combat arts that focused on training and people of note within a given art. See the BBC's Mind, Body and Kick-Ass Moves for something in that vein. Obviously the more kendo the better, but any coverage of combat arts outside the usual "ring" spectacles would be much appreciated.

Judging from the material on the coc.elite site, I suspect G4TV is not in the business of commissioning original productions. A pity.
Hey, there! Sorry I didn't reply sooner; I can only reply to work things from work, so the weekend got in the way. I'll be here M-F until 6pm PST to answer questions/reply to comments.

Moving on...

Actually, I don't work for G4TV, I work for the production company in charge of Champions of Champions Elite. And, if this season is a success--if people watch it and/or go to our website to get the hits up--then we'll be greenlit to not only film a whole new season, but to hold LIVE fights around California as well (with all of the WMC fighters who showed up on COC-E as well as local greats from around the USA). That's what we're hoping for anyway.

However, I did copy down your feedback to send to my boss.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply!
