Thanks for the donation! Actually as I undertook to run my first half-marathon this past summer, I found my knees getting stronger. I never thought they could last past 12 or 13 km, but now I routinely run 20+ with no trouble. Turns out if you build it up gradually and listen to your body, they adapt and get stronger.
