Indian students are being rejected at the top collages at Delhi University but are accepted at Ivy League schools in the US. You can't make thi stuff up. This poor woman had to "settle" for Dartmouth.

Basially the Ivies get their throwaways.

Don't forget that colleges have "diversity quotas". Being from India, China, wherever is a major plus on their admissions score.
