There needs to be more oversight over these transit agencies and their finances. The MTA here in NYC gave out 600-million plus in overtime last year, and they have to cover an 800-million plus budget deficit. Obviously something isn't adding up. A state audit found that one train car repairman, who makes 64-grand a year, made 142-thousand dollars in o-t last year...ridiculous and irresponsible.
