It is kind of ghoulish, it is kind of patriotic, *but most of all it is economical. *Ready made steel, ripe for the picking, *if you were in charge, could you turn it down? I am not trying to be difficult, I am stating what most corporations and government agencies think about. *Money is the highest priority! *It always boils down to that fact. Money!Money!
