From the Guardian, footage of an Englishwoman being arrested and beaten for asking a member of the famous London Police for his badge number, which had been obscured by the officer in question.

They are also having a debate in London about whether they should have badge numbers at all, and many officers do not wish to have their names on their uniforms, something the NYPD have no problem with.

There is obviously a problem over there, seriously there must be some awful unprofessionalism in the police force there.

Sure makes you want to live in London, doesnt it.
