A 09-11 widow who lost her husband in the 09-11 terror attacks, has died in a plane crash late last night.

Beverly Eckerd whose beloved husband Sean was kiiled on 09-11 has now perished herself in what is being described as the worst air disaster in recent years.

Continental Flight# 3407's intended route was from Newark to Buffalo. The plane went down just outside of Buffalo. It comes on the heels of the USAirways plane which was forced to make a water landing on the Hudson River last month after having suffered a bird strike.

All 49 passengers and crew on board and one person on the ground were killed. The craft was a turboprop. Ice on the wings is the suspected culprit, but it still has yet to be officially confirmed.

The recorders were found, removed from the wreckage and were sent to Washington, DC. The investigation is on-going.
