My impression is that most of the gang who works the floor at Best Buy / Circuit City took the job for the hope of employee discounts.

95% are basically useless in the "help" department.

And why would anyone in NYC buy an Apple product from one of these stores when the same stuff is available for the exact same price at the much better managed Apple store(s)?
