I'm horrified. I don't want my family or friends riding Greyhound anymore! No metal detectors? That is just crazy! How hard would it be to at least have a hand held detector at stations, no matter how rural. This is 2008. Anything is better than nothing.

I've taken the Greyhound several times, once cross-country, even the small stations in the middle of nowhere have too many people to check everyone(thoroughly). It's a hectic situation that would slow down an already complicated process.
