He probably isn't, but if you removed all gay people from the pool of creative talent you can attract, you would clearly have a MUCH smaller pool to draw from. Maybe too small.

I think if you removed the stigmata of things like hairstyling, interior design and fasion as being somehow emasculating that you would not lose as many.

the fact that Gays are not accepted in many areas AND that a lot of professions are considered "gay" is the big kabosh. (IMO)
