You seem to have a preoccupation with this forum; in fact, dozens of forums.

M.O. for johnwk: He will cite legal precedent in his posts, until he hits a roadblock. He will then resort to some tired political catch phrase.

Your court citing fails to follow the most fundamental rule of constitutional law…carrying out the legislative intent of the 14th Amendment as contemplated by those who framed and ratified it.

The very intention of the 14th Amendment and the wording which applies to citizenship in the 14th Amendment was intended to apply to Blacks born in America and was never intended to apply to people who invade our borders who may then give birth and extending citizenship to those born on America soil under such circumstances. But if I am wrong, I am sure you will be glad to provide the documented intentions of those who framed and ratified the 14th Amendment to support the notion the 14th Amendment was intended to grant citizenship to children born on American soil by those who invade our borders.

You may want to START HERE and then get back to me with the documented intentions supporting the notion which the SCOTUS has proffered.

In any event, the primary subject of the thread is the proposed Immigration Reform Act and the con job that we cannot get rid of those who have invaded our borders.

Aside from that, the very purpose of immigration laws passed by Congress is to select who comes into our country, and select those who will not wind up being a financial burden or other type of burden, such as infecting our Nation’s population with various commutable disease which we are now experiencing across our nation from those who are invading our borders!

Tuberculosis, hepatitis, dengue fever, chagas, and even leprosy are being imported into the U.S. inside the bodies of illegal aliens...And you thought they only carried heroin-filled baloons inside their bodies! See:
Illegal Immigrants Are Spreading Dangerous Diseases Across This Nation

"In construing the Constitution we are compelled to give it such interpretation as will secure the result intended to be accomplished by those who framed it and the people who adopted it...A construction which would give the phrase...a meaning differing from the sense in which it was understood and employed by the people when they adopted the Constitution, would be as unconstitutional as a departure from the plain and express language of the Constitution."
Senate Report No. 21, 42nd Cong. 2d Session 2 (1872), reprinted in Alfred Avins, The Reconstruction Amendments’ Debates 571 (1967),
