The photo on my drivers license was taken 15 year ago, when I was still a handsome young man; the photo is pretty much useless for identification now - perhaps never was.

And that somehow validates the asertion that it is a valid form of ID and should be allowed how?

I know what you are saying Ed, but in all fairness, siting one inadequacy in our system does not validate another...
