If you want to talk about a country sucking up aid and spitting it back in America's face, try Israel. Hogwash. I wish not a dime of my taxpayer money would go to Israel. Instead they get 3 billion a year. Allows them to maintain an unworkable, murderous occupation that's a menace to world peace...
