From the government's perspective, in the long run, it costs less to bury a person than feed, clothe, house, and care for him / her. Bring on the crime wave!

Don't be a cynic BR.

You know the reality is that if there IS no problem, you remove government funding until it BECOMES a problem again.

This is one such example.
