Beer pong has been around for years! Part of this story is that Rhode Island outlawed Happy Hours and Pub Crawls just because some shmuck got loaded and couldn't handle his booze and feel under a bus. I wonder if these state lawmakers ever were in the military. Sounds like a typical military knee jerk reaction.

The military doesn't have a copyright on knee jerk reactions. Whenever something bad happens, the authorities need to "do something". Case in point, some powerlines fell on the road somewhere near Napa, so that section of powerline has a safety net under it, but none of the other ones do. So if that exact same line breaks in the exact same spot, we'll be alright.
