Considering how little we actually know about the human brain I would buy this story.

Sometimes people bump their heads and have violent uncontrolled rage for the rest of theirs lives.

Maybe this guy got lucky and just turned gay.

It just seems odd that of all the things he turns stereotypically homosexual...I just found it random was all. I know people can change. My grandpa had a stroke and was unable to talk after it and he did get a bit more aggressive. I think most of that was he got frustrated that no one could really understand him.
