Honestly comments of this nature are what make our collective mindset a challenge where incident reporting is concerned. Do "regret sex" incident reports exist? Probably on occasion, but are significantly smaller in number by comparison to the actual incidents occurring.

Nope, sorry. Other way around from talking with OSI buddies few years ago. Their busiest days of the weeks are Saturday and Sunday dealing with what usually is referred to as "regret sex". The problem I have with the military is, that they will not investigate any male complaints against women because they only go under the assumption that there is no rape without penetration. That and if a woman has one beer, takes a man home who had 6-10 beers (whatever will trash him) she can claim rape because her judgement was "impaired".
