and that those sensors would be maybe ?? superccd sensors ???

No idea about Nikon cameras (though I'd imagine it'd be the same as sony since they make Nikon's sensors) but Sony's 12mp CMOS a700 has undeniably better ISO performance then the 10mp CCD a200/a300 sensor.
