He isn't done. Its already common knowledge that the next Batman will be coming out in 2015 with Nolan directing. There are talks to get Gorden Levitt as the next Batman as well.

LOL! if you have not seen the dark knight rises you may be in store for a suprize at the end of the movie on that Levitt being the next Batman.

(it was just too obvious that they wanted him to be the next Batman) :P
