Golem,

I checked WebMD for you and it turns out that jobs where you are up on your feet a lot can cause a lot of problems with your legs. It could be gout that is exacerbated by the fish oil in the Guinness that you serve, or it could just be age.

Have you considered changing careers? Maybe you could go back to school or try to work in the field in which you got your vocational degree.

I have a friend in Gainesville FL, and he works at a bar called the Grog House as a bartender. He makes nearly $80k/year and only work 4 nights a week. Keep in mind most of that $80k is cash, so his equivalent earnings are technically much higher when you consider the lack of taxes taken out. He also sleeps with a lot of ridiculously hot, young college girls. Have you considered changing careers?
