That truck driver is freaking blind. Geez. Dude should lose his license. They seriously don't know what caused it? Are you kidding me? Do they not have similar traffic laws to we have? The guy didn't even look.

The further into eastern Europe you go, the more the highway code becomes guidelines rather than a set of rules to abide by.
