£2-3 seems expensive to the consumer but the overheads of running a shop on the high street are very high. Clinton Cards certainly can't compete with someone like Tesco who make a small margin per card and don't care either way. It's supermarkets that are largely responsible for the death of specialist shops
nah tesco`s is expensive compared to card factory when it comes to cards - its convience in tesco`s , get a card for birthday/anniversery etc when getting food shopping
